WordPress allows you to schedule your posts to be published later but there is always room for better options. In this video we will show you another method to automatically schedule your posts.

Start by logging into your site an under Plugins, Add New you would want to add the Publish to Schedule plugin to your site.

Publish to Schedule

Once activated you can configure the plugin under Settings, Publish to Schedule. You will want to select the days on which a post is published as well as the time.

Now when you publish a post it will be replaced with a publish to schedule button that adds the post to your scheduled que to be published based on what you set.

Start by installing and activating the Content Cards plugin.

Then go to create a post or edit an existing one.

There will be a new button labeled CC when you click on it you will be able to add the content card uri.

When you click ok it will turn into a link that turns into a content box with the article image, title, description, and the name of the site.

Under Settings, Content Cards you can automatically create content cards for specific domains.

Once you do when you add the link on the site it will automatically become a content card.

This will add a TablePress item in your admin area.

Go to Tablepress, Add New Table

You can add a new table, name it, add a description and tell it the rows and columns needed.

Next click add table to add the contents of the table including images and links using the table manipulation

You can edit the cells after the table is created using the table manipulation

Even set a a table header in the table options.

With the content set you can preview it then save changes.

To turn it off for self pingbacks, you can install and activate the no self pings plugin. this plugin works out of the box and there is nothing for you to configure.

As an alternative, you can install and activate the disabler plugin and it has a checkbox for disabling self pings, make sure you save your settings.

Start by installing and acticaitng the Simple Calendar Google Calendar Plugin then go to the Calendars, Settings page.

For the calendar to work you would need to get an API key by vising the Google Developer Console website and clicking the create new project button.

You will need to provide a name for your project, it can be anything you want but something that helps you identify it would be best.

You would want to enable APIs and then under the Apps APIs you want the calendar API enabled.

Go to credentials and create a server key and provide a name for it.

Now Go to your calendar dropdown and share the calendar as public to get the calendar ID that you will need.
